Doctala Global is a technology enabler and does not provide medical advice. All clinical decisions are the sole responsibility of the licensed provider.

For service-related disputes:

• Patients or providers may raise concerns via the Doctala Global Help Center
• Our team may assist in resolving non-clinical or technical issues
• Clinical disputes are referred to the relevant national medical authority or regulatory body

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, branding, systems, and code on the Platform are the intellectual property of Doctala Global or its licensors. No part may be reproduced, copied, modified, or republished without prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services & External Links

The Platform may include integrations or links to third-party services for enhanced user experience. Doctala Global is not responsible for the accuracy, security, or privacy practices of these third parties.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctala Global, its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss, including data breaches, service delays, or system outages
• Clinical outcomes, medical errors, or misdiagnoses made by independent providers
• Damages exceeding the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months, or $100, whichever is lower

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doctala Global from and against all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and legal fees arising from:

• Breach of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Platform
• Any unauthorized or unlawful use of services

12. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access, without notice, to any user or entity that violates these Terms, disrupts Platform functionality, or misuses healthcare resources.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
